Design Trilogy offers a unique 8-step service to make your home exactly what you want it to be.
1. In-depth analysis of proposed building plans to focus on both functionality and aesthetics for YOUR taste and lifestyle.
2. Detailed drawings of plan modifications and specific concepts as needed for construction i.e. tile and cabinet layouts, fireplace designs, etc.

3. Assistance with selection of all exterior and interior finishes, as well as flooring, wall coverings, custom cabinetry, appliances, fixtures, and lighting, etc.
4. Interface with client and builder during construction to assure optimal results.
5. Furniture space planning on your house plans to incorporate your existing furnishings and/or plan for new ones. These plans are used again for move-in (See Step # 8).
6. Selection and purchase of all furnishings and accessories as needed; arrangement and display of existing and new art and collections.
7. Design, fabrication, and installation of custom cabinetry, furniture, window treatments and rugs.
8. Planning and execution of move-in and installation for your newly-completed home utilizing the space plans created in Step # 5.
(Plans are given to warehouse to pack trucks by room, and then posted
in each room on move-in day).
